Manage or cancel your subscription.
Propound Pro renews automatically until you cancel. Cancelling takes effect at the end of the period you've paid for — you keep Pro until then and won't be charged again.
In Propound: click Manage plan at the bottom of the sidebar, then Cancel subscription. That opens Stripe's cancel screen directly. To update your card or switch plans, use Manage subscription instead.
Without the app: sign in to Stripe's billing page with the email on your account — Stripe emails you a link — and cancel there. Or email [email protected], tell us the email address on your account, and ask us to cancel; we'll cancel it and confirm by email.
